Orders ship out from our warehouse in 3-5 Business Days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will get a tracking number, where you can track the movement of your package.
We want you to be happy with your purchase; if there are any issues with your purchase such as damage or incorrect sizing we’d be happy to help resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for an exchange of equal value. Exchanges will be honoured within 60 days of your order arriving to your location. Only unworn items can be exchanged.
To start your exchange, email customer service at email@example.com and include your order number and the items you would like to exchange along with the items you would like to replace them with. You will be issued a return authorization number.
Put the items you are returning in the original package if possible. You must include a copy of your packing slip along with the Return Authorization number that was provided to you by customer service via email. Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on the Return Authorization form.
Customer is responsible for the cost of the exchange postage.
Ensure that your RA# is clearly written on the outside of the box. Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below.
